The Planning Inspectorate has recently given the go-ahead for parking machines to be installed at Newlands Corner. Charges are expected to be introduced "in late Spring or early Summer"; more information here.
In 2018 the North Downs Way National Trail celebrates 40 years since its official opening on 30th September 1978 on Wye Downs. In celebration there will be a programme of walks along the trail, lead by local experts and coordinated by the NDW Trails Manager.Read more ...
